Your session will begin with an intake. If you are new, you will be asked to complete a health history form. Together, we will discuss your goals for the session (e.g. sore shoulders, injury, postpartum recovery, relaxation, etc.), and your massage will be completely customized to your needs. I often use a combination of the below styles in addition to cupping, heat packs, and aromatherapy. If there is anything you would like to avoid, just let me know.

Abdominal Massage

Mayan abdominal therapy can improve digestion, alleviate tension, and enhance the function of internal organs. For postpartum individuals, this massage can aid in the recovery of abdominal muscles, reduce bloating, and promote overall healing after birth.

Your session will focus approximately 20 minutes on the abdomen itself, and 70 minutes on the rest of your body. Abdominal massage also includes specialized techniques for the sacrum and low back.
